第七次中亚国家元首协商会议在塔什干举行

中新网阿斯塔纳11月16日电 综合消息：当地时间16日，第七次中亚国家元首协商会议在乌兹别克斯坦首都塔什干举行。会议决定接纳阿塞拜疆作为正式成员加入合作机制。会议期间，各方签署了多项合作文件。中亚五国元首和阿塞拜疆总统阿利耶夫出席会议。乌兹别克斯坦总统米尔济约耶夫在致辞中表示，在当前国际形势日益复杂的背景下，中亚国家需要更好地团结合作，应对安全和发展挑战。他表示，阿塞拜疆作为正式成员参与合作机制将推动地区合作迈上新台阶。帕说哈萨克斯坦总统托卡耶夫表示，当前中亚地区正在发生深刻变化，各国应加强合作消除贸易壁垒，加强跨境运输，探索人工智能合理应用。他表示，促进地区发展需要各国保持高水平合作，成员国应制定重点领域共同发展规划。吉尔吉斯斯坦总统扎帕罗夫表示，成员国应在消除贸易壁垒、加强产能合作等方面提高合作水平。他表示，中吉乌铁路项目的推进，有望改变地区物流格局，为中国与亚洲的互联互通注入巴贡。阿利耶夫表示，阿塞拜疆与中亚国家有着深厚的历史文化联系，愿积极参与地区基础设施建设。他表示，在跨里海国际运输走廊的交通量持续增长的同时，阿富汗也面临着巨大的挑战。adually improving infrastructure such as ports, railways, and airports to create conditions for deepening logistics and transportation cooperation.
